  • How do you become a member of Inner Design?

    Joining Inner Design is simple: just fill in the registration page and you will become part of a design community with exclusive access to online discounts and 10 free “Welcome Credits” (equivalent to 10,00 euros) to spend immediately on the SHOP.

  • Is registration free?

    Of course! Registration is free and there are no conditions on the purchase of items. Upon registration you will receive a Welcome gift of 10 Credits (equivalent to 10,00 euros).

  • Can my registration be cancelled?

    Yes, you can send at any time an e-mail to asking for your registration to be cancelled. You will need to indicate your USER NAME and e-mail address with which you registered.

  • What if I forget my password?

  • How can I change my password?

  • How can I change my email address?

    It is not possible to change your email address.

  • Can I change my category/type?

  • Can I change the Newsletter settings?

    You can change the Newsletter settings by logging onto the website (enter USER NAME and PASSWORD), and accessing your profile page. Finally click on EDIT PROFILE, and LOG IN DETAILS.   • Is the Newsletter free?

    Yes, by entering your email address you will be the first to learn about all our current promotions.

  • Can I cancel my Newsletter subscription?

Invites and credits

  • Can I invite friends to join Inner Design?

    To invite friends you must be a registered user on the Inner Design website. On your profile page you will find a personal code that you can send to your friends via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or any other way. Each friend who signs up will receive a Welcome gift of 10 Euros (10 Credits on their profile page) and you will receive a coupon worth 2 Euros (2 Credits). When one of your friends makes their first purchase you will receive an additional coupon worth 15 Euros (15 Credits). More information here.

  • How do Credits work?

    As soon as you join Inner Design you will receive 10 Credits (equivalent to 10,00 Euro). You can immediately spend your 10 credits (minimum threshold) in our SHOP, or wait till you have reached the succeeding thresholds to redeem the accumulated credits (20, 30, 60 o 80 Credits). When you place an order you will be asked, at the Payment page, how many Credits you would like to use: the corresponding value in euro will be deducted from the price of the product. You can always check the number of accumulated Credits on your profile page.


  • How do promotions work on Inner Design?

    There are two types of promotions: FLASH, with discounts of 50-70% on retail prices lasting 7-15 days, and PROMO, with discounts of 20-30% lasting 1-3 months. To stay updated and not miss these exceptional discounts, visit us often and sign up to the Newsletter.


  • How do I place an order on Inner Design?

    Buying on Inner Design is simple! Just visit the Shop and select the products you would like to buy. Click on BUY and enter the required delivery information, the discount code if you have one, and the credits you would like to use if you have enough. CONFIRM this information, accept the Terms and Conditions and select the payment method. Fill in the form and wait for confirmation. You will receive an e-mail with the summary of your order.

  • How do I request an invoice?

    During the initial steps of the purchasing process you have the option to add the relevant information for an invoice.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check your order by going to your profile page and selecting MY ORDERS.

  • Who is in charge of delivery?

    Inner Design relies on a high quality logistics service, committed to ensure the delivery of your order in the shortest time possible.

  • Can I add items to my order at a later time?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to add items to your order once you have terminated the checkout process. You will have to make a new order.

  • How do I cancel my order?

  • Are transactions safe on Inner Design?

    Transactions on Inner Design are safe and comply with the law. Online transactions are protected by encryption techniques (Secure Socket Layer SSL) and PayPal that allow the secure exchange of data.

  • How do I use my accumulated Credits?

    Inner Design offers Discount Codes for specific promotions or special events through our Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter) and Newsletters. Join Inner Design to never miss one again!

  • How do I obtain Credits?

    During checkout you will have the chance to use your accumulated Credits to purchase your order. Each Credit is equivalent to 1,00 euro. You can start redeeming your Credits once you have reached the threshold of 10 Credits.

  • Come posso utilizzare i crediti?

    The number of Credits bestowed depends on how many friends join Inner Design and whether they make a purchase on the Shop. More informationhere. When joining Inner Design you automatically receive 10 Credits/euro that you can immediately spend on the Shop.

Ordere and delivery

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    It depends on the type of products you purchase. For products in catalogue, delivery takes 3-5 working days. For products in promotion, it takes 5-10 working days after the end of the promotion. When there is more than one product in an order, delivery will take place the end of the latest promotional date.

  • How much does the delivery cost?

    Delivery is FREE for orders over 75 Euro in Italy. For all other orders, the price is determined by the weight of the product. The minimum cost of delivery is 5.90 Euro. For orders with a weight over 20 Kg, even for those who paid more than 75 Euro, there will be an extra cost of 20,00 Euro.

Exchange and return policy

  • How do I return a product that is faulty or does not correspond to the online description, and obtain a replacement or a refund?

    We will replace the product or refund you the purchase price if (a) you have been delivered a different product from your initial order, (b) the product does not work at first-use or is defective or (c) the information related to the product published on the Inner Design Shop is not precise or complete. To return a product please email explaining the reasons for the return. Products must be returned with a single delivery (in the case of multiple products to be replaced); delivery costs will be borne by Inner Design.   • What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product (right of withdrawal)?

    If you have changed your mind, you can return the product and obtain a refund of the purchase price only if the object has not been damaged/used/worn/washed by you and is in its original packaging (the packaging must be intact). Please contact us at explaining the reasons for your return. Products must be returned with a single delivery (in the case of multiple products), borne by you.
